Center Enamel is a comprehensive high-tech company specialized in providing Glass-Fused-to-Steel (GFS) tanks, diversified environmental equipment, integrated engineering services, environmental EPC projects, and anaerobic process sections.

With more than 30 years of experience, we have built a complete service system that covers engineering design, equipment research and development, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and project construction.

Our business scope includes the treatment of kitchen waste, landfill leachate, municipal wastewater, biogas engineering, aquaculture, industrial wastewater, and other related fields.

Center Enamel Wastewater Treatment Plants

Municipal Wastewater

In accordance with the urban wastewater collection method and water quality characteristics, and using our Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks, Center Enamel developed treatment equipment suitable for; The processing modes of urban-rural integration, relative concentration processing, separate dispersion processing, and treatment of different volumes of water.

Modular production and on-site assembly are adopted for the engineering team, with advantages such as: low cost, simple and fast construction, minimal maintenance and aesthetic appearance, etc.

The process includes: collection tank, better oxygenation tank, MBR tank, UV disinfection, anaerobic tank, wastewater recirculation, sludge return, thickeners and sludge dewatering equipment, sludge transport and surplus disposal..

Industrial Wastewater

Dairy wastewater contains a large amount of soluble organics such as sugars, starches, proteins and fatty acids. They are of good biodegradability and do not contain toxic substances or large suspended solids. They are characterized by being milky white in color and of medium to high concentration.

The treatment includes: pre-treatment of raw materials, hydrolysis and acidification, anaerobic unit and biochemical section. Our company's GFS Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks are used for this treatment, assembled on site, with advantages such as: low cost, simple and fast construction, minimal maintenance and aesthetic appearance.

Applications:

  • Pharmaceutical wastewater.

  • Beverage wastewater.

  • Dairy wastewater.

  • Wastewater from the wine industry.

  • Wastewater from paper pulp mills.

The Treatment Process Includes:

  • Pretreatment of raw materials.

  • Hydrolysis and acidification.

  • Anaerobic treatment unit.

  • Biochemical treatment section.

Agro-industrial Wastewater

Biochemical treatment technology (UASB + AA/O system + phosphorus removal + final sedimentation) is adopted as the core process for turnkey breeding wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with COD, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus standards.

The treatment of animal manure wastewater on farms is processed in a safe and resource-oriented manner. A special fermentation bacterium is mixed and EATAD is performed for the manure using environmental biotechnology, achieving rapid decomposition, deodorization and biological transformation into high-quality compost.

This system allows not only to comply with environmental regulations, but also to take advantage of biogas and sludge as energy and fertilizers, favoring sustainability and the circular economy.

Applications:

  • Pig farms.

  • Dairy farms.

  • Poultry farms.

Process stages and equipment:

  • Water collection tank.

  • Solid-liquid separator.

  • Solid digestate.

  • Regulation tank.

  • Reactor UASB.

  • GFS tanks.

  • Anoxic and primary oxic tanks.

  • Final sedimentation tank.

  • Sludge transport.

  • Sludge thickener.

  • Disinfection tank.

  • Sludge dewatering system (screw press).

  • Flocculation and coagulation (MAP, PAC, lime).

  • Biogas purification.

  • Electricity generation with biogas.

  • Agricultural use of sludge and treated water.

Biogas Projects

Center Enamel has developed a set of patented technologies to collect, recycle, and scientifically treat in a comprehensive manner all types of organic waste generated in daily life, industry, agriculture and has developed a set of patented technologies to collect and recycle agriculture in a comprehensive manner.

The use of mixed feedstock digestion technology that does not require raw material sorting of pig farms and super large maintenance-free anaerobic digesters with residual thermal insulation of biogas power generation can effectively improve the gas production rate and utilization rate of investment, dairy farm and realize a sustainable and cost-effective business operation mode in biogas projects.

Key Benefits:

  • Reduction and use of organic waste from different sources (livestock, agriculture, urban waste).

  • Production of biogas as renewable energy.

  • Sustainable economic model for producers and rural communities.

Applications:

  • Livestock farms.

  • High-concentration organic wastewater.

  • Agriculture.
